DRY NEEDLING CERTIFIED
Using thin, stainless steel needles to stimulate or release muscular trigger points and restricted/painful soft tissue structures

NERVOUS SYSTEM REINTEGRATION, REWIRING, AND REGULATION
Using physical techniques to regulate the nervous system’s under or over response to our every day lives, pain, conditions, injuries, etc, to make a more resilient, flexible system and become one with our mind and body and operate at higher states of nervous system
MOBILITY/MOVEMENT
CORRECTION
Addressing specific movement patterns to create improved range of motion, muscle activation, strength and motor control for improved musculoskeletal movement patterns and overall resiliency to everyday movements

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM STIMULATION
Techniques to help stimulate an often stagnant lymphatic system to encourage systemic detoxification, cellular regeneration, improved blood flow, improved nutrient absorption, faster recovery times, decreased inflammation, decreased pain and improved energy

CUPPING
This soft tissue technique is used to decompress the layers of tissue to allow for better tissue glide and mobility. Also pulls toxins out of the system and improves circulation for reduced recovery time
BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR)
Training method using a pneumatic tourniquet system to restrict blood flow in a limb while training with low resistance loads in order to have the training effect of training at higher loads. Most appropriate for those with significant weakness that cannot tolerate strengthening activities with high resistance loads, such as post-surgery

RED LIGHT THERAPY
Treatment using low levels of red or near-infrared light to help skin, muscle tissue and other parts of your body heal by stimulating cellular regeneration
FUNCTIONAL RANGE
CONDITIONING
Techniques used for mobility development, joint strength and body control by improving the function of your nervous system, end range strength and muscle activation, and increasing the amount of active, usable motion one can possess

JOINT MOBILIZATIONS AND MANIPULATIONS
Manual therapy interventions applying passive movement to a skeletal joint with the intent to restorer optimal motion, function, and/or reduce pain
IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)/Graston Technique Certified

Soft tissue mobilization technique using stainless steel instruments to massage/scrape the skin gently in order to identify areas of restriction and attempt to break up the scar tissue.
